Stock items are normally delivered within one week to all destinations in Europe and the U.S.
When certain articles are not in stock, we will communicate the expected delivery time within 48 hours.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping almost immediately after receiving your order. This applies to all stock products. Therefore orders cannot easily be changed. If an order has been shipped and needs to be returned due to any changes, we will have to charge the return shipment. Orders of non-stock products can be changed free of charge within 48 hours after we have received your order.
Only deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium can be done by appointment.
To get a password for the retail shop, you can sign up as a retailer. To apply please use this form become a retailer. After you have registered as a new customer, you will receive an email with your login information.
Once items are ordered the prices will not change. Once a year we will assess our prices and make changes if necessary.
