One of our intentions for 2021 is to create more of a community online to support and share about organizations and small businesses that we find interesting and meaningful, and we love hearing about initiatives with a focus on nature, community and sustainability.
The first business we’d like to share about is women-owned Peas & Pod monthly subscription box. It’s created for for 3-7 year old children and focused on child-led home learning, inspired by Montessori, Steiner, Reggio Emilia and Forest School. The activities are enjoyable for both children and adults alike and feature a unique seasonal theme each month. The current Winter box features activities like make your own quill pen or an enchanting tray garden, and the upcoming February box will be all about Chinese New Year!
This monthly subscription box emphasizes the importance of connecting with nature, environmental awareness and giving back (a portion of your purchase goes to support underprivileged children in the U.K.).
